Frequently Asked Questions
What does EASE do?
EASE helps businesses understand where they stand, identify what needs attention, improve how they work, and enable better performance through practical business improvement, financial insight, process improvement and appropriate technology.
Do I need to start with a diagnostic?
Not necessarily. Businesses can engage EASE for Diagnose, Improve or Enable depending on their needs. Where appropriate, the three services can work as a connected journey.
What are the two diagnostic levels?
Level 1, the Perspective Review, compares what you, your team and the public say, using matching questionnaires and public reviews. Level 2, the Full Diagnostic, adds a review of your SOPs and policies, two years of financial statements and a site visit, and ends with a full report, recommendations and an action plan. Level 1 is the first stage of Level 2.
Does EASE only provide recommendations, or can you help implement them?
EASE can support implementation where agreed. This may include process and procedural improvement, SOPs, controls, workflows and technology enablement.
Do you provide Odoo implementation?
Yes. Odoo implementation is a core part of EASE's Enable offering, delivered in collaboration with Pandoratech, an independent UAE software company. EASE brings the business, financial and process expertise, while Pandoratech provides the technical implementation capability.
How does EASE use AI and technology?
EASE uses analytics, including AI-assisted tools where appropriate, to help identify patterns and areas requiring further investigation. Final findings, priorities and recommendations are always subject to EASE professional review and judgement.
Is the EASE diagnostic based on research?
EASE diagnostics are guided by published business and management research, and the same core method applies across every industry system. Questions are developed on the same research-based approach as each system is built.
How does EASE handle confidential business information?
Business information is treated as confidential. Where employee input is collected, responses are consolidated, and individual responses are not shared with the employer, and information is handled for the purposes of the agreed engagement.
How are EASE engagements scoped and priced?
Scope and fees are determined based on the business size, complexity, locations, information available and the nature of the services required.
