Services

Three connected services

EASE follows a simple business journey: DIAGNOSE what needs attention, IMPROVE how the business works, and ENABLE better performance through appropriate technology.

DIAGNOSE

Business Health Check & Diagnostic

What is the EASE Diagnostic?

The EASE Business Health Check & Diagnostic is a structured review of how your business really runs: what you believe, what your team experiences, what the public says, and what the records show. It ends with a report that sets out findings, recommendations and an action plan.

Owner, team and public views are compared with each other and, at Level 2, checked against your policies, financial statements and a site visit. Final findings and recommendations remain subject to EASE professional review and judgement.

The questions are guided by published business and management research and adapted to your industry. They cover money, operations, people, customers, policies and continuity.

DIAGNOSE

Understand

Understand the business and identify what needs attention.

IMPROVE

Strengthen

Strengthen how the business works.

ENABLE

Support

Support better performance through appropriate technology.

Confidentiality: Business information is treated as confidential. Employee input, where collected, is consolidated, and individual responses are not shared with the employer.
Two diagnostic levels

Start small, or go deeper.

Level 1 is the first stage of Level 2, so you can start with a Perspective Review and continue to the Full Diagnostic without repeating anything.

LEVEL 1

Perspective Review

You and your team answer matching questionnaires, and we analyse public reviews of your business as a workplace, of your team and of your service. We then compare what you, your team and the public say. You receive a report with a gap analysis: what is working, what needs attention and what to check next.

LEVEL 2

Full Diagnostic

Level 1, plus a review of your SOPs and policies, two years of financial statements and a visit to your site. Each point is cross-checked against the evidence. You receive a full report with findings, causes, recommendations and an action plan.

Scope and fees are agreed upfront, based on business size, complexity, locations, data availability and the level required.
WHAT WE NEED

Level 1: your answers, short answers from some of your team, and links to your public review pages. Level 2 adds: financial statements for the last 2 years (or since you opened), your SOPs and written policies, and a visit to your site.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Level 1: a report on where you, your team and the public agree and differ. Level 2: a full report covering findings, causes, recommendations and an action plan.

TIMELINE

A clear timeline is agreed at the start based on the level selected, business size, complexity and availability of information.

Not an audit: EASE does not verify the accuracy of your figures or give assurance on them. Our findings and report rest on the information and data you provide, and responsibility for that data rests with you.
